Fundamental REO, LLC, a single strategy investment manager focused on the distressed residential real estate market in the U.S., has held a closing for FREO Investor Offshore, L.P., raising US $212.39 million from primarily private investors. Fundamental REO did not disclose if the recent closing was its final closing.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as placement agent to Fundamental REO.
