as part of the $6.6 billion acquisition of Suddenlink by BC Partners and CPP Investment Board.

In November 2012, BC Partners and CPPIB in partnership with Suddenlink management led by Chairman and CEO Jerry Kent acquired Cequel Communications Holdings, LLC, dba Suddenlink Communications, from Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, Quadrangle, Oaktree Capital Management, and The Jordan Company.
